Get GTA V ready for mods

All of it is for GTA V PC, Legacy edition (we test on 1.0.3889, Steam), Story Mode only: never take mods into GTA Online. Not tested on GTA V Enhanced. None of these tools changes a game file: they only add files next to GTA5.exe, so deleting them puts the game back as it was.
