Enjoying it? Buy me a coffeeTaken in the plain game (Steam F12 and Rockstar Editor): no ReShade, no ENB, no graphics mods.
Circular, Triangular and Square, to the real proportions, with 3D window frames. Lit offices at night and soft floodlights on the towers.
The real brand signs as raised 3D letters that light up at night: H&M, ZARA, MANGO, McDonald's, Deloitte, Super-Pharm and more. The shop row, Oomai and Golda, lit at night.
Walk or drive in: the ring road, the ramp down to B1, EV bays, the "Available" counters and exit signs.
Israeli pavers on the plaza, flags at the Kaplan gate, the Tel Aviv street signs at the corners, the "P Entrance 2" sign and the blue "Entrance 3" sign over the street.
The towers are drawn from far away, and the old Pillbox Hill block is gone from the game's distance models too: nothing of it flickers in.
You can walk and drive everywhere you see: the towers, the mall roof, the plaza and the car park. The lights follow the game's own night.
If you don't have it yet: our Lenny's Mod Loader guide, about three minutes. LML loads every mod from its own folder and never changes the game's files.
From the zip, copy "LiorMods - Azrieli Center" into the lml folder in your GTA V folder.
Start the game and go to Pillbox Hill, by La Puerta Freeway. With a trainer such as Menyoo, teleport to the plaza corner: X -292.0, Y -832.0, Z 32.3.
Never take mods into GTA Online. No game file is changed: delete the folder and the game is as it was. The README in the zip has every step.
Built on the work of these people. Thank you.

Free to use. Please do not re-upload, modify or sell it without permission. Building outlines and roads: © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). Tower window look derived from "azrieli" by edenpro2 (CC BY 4.0). The Rockstar block files in the mod are Rockstar's own, changed to make room for it.
Brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to show the real place. Fan-made, not affiliated with or endorsed by Azrieli Group, any brand shown, Rockstar Games or Take-Two.
In Pillbox Hill, on the block between San Andreas Ave, Peaceful St, Vespucci Blvd and La Puerta Freeway. The real Ayalon side faces the freeway, so from the road it looks like it does from the Ayalon.
The building: the towers, the mall, the plaza and the car park, by day and by night. The access roads, the barrier gates, and the parked cars and traffic in the car park (all in the San Andreas version) are planned for the updates.
The Pillbox Hill block it stands on: its buildings, collision and occluders, the roads' props inside it, some of downtown's distance models and distant lights, and the downtown pedestrian spots. A mod that replaces any of those files will clash with it; the README lists every file.
About 12 MB of models and textures. No game file is changed on disk: LML loads everything from the folder.
It was made and tested on GTA V Legacy (1.0.3889) with Lenny's Mod Loader 0.4. It hasn't been tested on Enhanced yet.
Then LML isn't loading it, and your other LML mods are probably missing too. On Windows 11, that can be Smart App Control: see what to do.
Yes: Azrieli Center for GTA San Andreas, in place of the Verona Mall, with the barrier gates, traffic and police in the car park.
